REFUND POLICY

1. DIGITAL GOODS POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products (including but not limited to 3D models, assets, and textures), all sales at Pixelmont Studio are generally considered final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the files have been delivered.

Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be returned to us in their original, unused state. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. EXCEPTIONS & REFUND CRITERIA

We may issue a refund or store credit only under the following specific circumstances:

  • Non-delivery: If you do not receive the download link within 24 hours of purchase due to a technical error on our side.
  • Technical Defects: If the file is corrupted, missing major components, or does not function as described in the product listing, and our support team cannot provide a fix within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice in separate transactions.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

We cannot process refunds for:

  • "Change of mind" or "I don't like the style" after downloading.
  • Purchase made by mistake without technical fault.
  • Incompatibility with software not listed in the product requirements.
  • Lack of technical skills to use the provided assets.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a request, you must contact us within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Please email contact@pixelmont-studio.com with:

  1. Order Number (e.g., #PX1234)
  2. Detailed explanation of the technical issue
  3. Screenshots or video evidence (for defective files)

5. PROCESSING & APPROVAL

Once your request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3-5 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment via Shopify Payments. Please note that banks may take an additional 5-10 days to post the credit to your account.

6. FRAUD PREVENTION

Pixelmont Studio reserves the right to deny refunds to users who exhibit patterns of "serial refunding" or fraudulent activity. Access to future updates and support is revoked immediately upon a processed refund.
